How much profit do we receive from the other brochure items?
- As mentioned before, the $11 coffee bags earn 50%, or $5.50 per bag.
- For each $5 chai tea gift pack, you will receive $1.25.
- For each $8 chocolate lover gift pack, you will receive $2.00.
- The $3 single pot packs earn 50%, or $1.50 per pack, since it is coffee.

How much profit will you receive...
Your organization makes 50% profit on all coffee orders. For example, if there are 100 fundraising participants, and they each sell 10 bags of coffee at $11 each, then your profit would be $5,500!
100 participants x 10 = 1000 bags of coffee
$11 per bag x 1000 = $11,000 raised
$11,000 x 50% = $5,500 profit
How does the fundraiser work?
- Your fundraising coordinator fills out and submits a sign up now form.
- Summit Roasters contacts you by telephone to verify campaign details and to answer any further questions.
- Brochures are sent to you through the mail.
- For two weeks, your participants take coffee orders and collect money.
- You keep your profits, then submit a consolidated order form with payment to Summit Roasters.
- Your order will be roasted, packed, and shipped to you within 2 weeks.
- Your organization can continue to raise funds through reorders, with a 25 item minimum per order. Reorders also receive free shipping.
